Ingredients

• 12 ounces beer
• 1 large chopped green pepper
• 1 large chopped red onion
• 5 garlic cloves
• 2 (28 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes or 2 (28 ounce) cans whole canned tomatoes
• 4 skinless boneless raw chicken breasts
• salt and pepper
