Ingredients

• 1 bunch broccoli
• 1/2 small onion
• 2 bouillon cubes
• 1 (24 ounce) package simply potatoes traditional mashed potatoes
• shredded cheese (to garnish)

Recipe

• 1 wash broccoli. mince onion and cook in 4 cups water with the bouillon. cut broccoli into bite sized pieces--peel stems and dice, cut flowerettes into small pieces--add to broth. boil until tender. add mashed potatoes and stir until warmed. garnish with cheese if desired.
