Potatoes And Carrots Baked In Gravy

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 -4 potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 1 lb pre-cut baby carrots
  • 1/2 onion, sliced and quartered
  • 1 ounce dry beef gravy mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 mix gravy with water.
  • 2 add cream of mushroom soup.
  • 3 spray roasting pan with non stick spray.
  • 4 place potatoes, carrots and onions on pan.
  • 5 pour gravy mix over the above.
  • 6 season with salt and pepper.
  • 7 bake covered 350 for 1 hour.
