Heidelberg Soup

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups water
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • 3/4 lb velveeta cheese
  • 0.5 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables

Recipe

  • 1 simmer water, potatoes and onions about 20 minutes
  • 2 add frozen vegetables.
  • 3 add soup and cheese.
  • 4 heat until cheese is melted, stirring constantly.
