Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce) package simply potatoes® shredded hash browns
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can campbell's cheddar cheese soup
- 8 ounces chive & onion cream cheese
- 2 lbs bacon
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 mix potatoes, chedder cheese soup, and ground black pepper in large bowl.
- 3 line mini muffin trays with bacon, covering all sides including the bottom.
- 4 fill each bacon lined cup to the top with hash brown mixture.
- 5 scoop 1/2 tsp chive and onion cream cheese and place on top of each filled cup.
- 6 bake for 40 minutes or until bacon has reached desired level of crispiness.
- 7 remove each bacon wrapped hash brown and place on paper towels to drain.
- 8 serve!
