Loaded Hash Brown Bites #sp5

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) package simply potatoes® shredded hash browns
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can campbell's cheddar cheese soup
  • 8 ounces chive & onion cream cheese
  • 2 lbs bacon
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 mix potatoes, chedder cheese soup, and ground black pepper in large bowl.
  • 3 line mini muffin trays with bacon, covering all sides including the bottom.
  • 4 fill each bacon lined cup to the top with hash brown mixture.
  • 5 scoop 1/2 tsp chive and onion cream cheese and place on top of each filled cup.
  • 6 bake for 40 minutes or until bacon has reached desired level of crispiness.
  • 7 remove each bacon wrapped hash brown and place on paper towels to drain.
  • 8 serve!
