Ingredients
- 4 ounces shiitake mushrooms
- 12 ounces chestnut mushrooms
- 1 red pepper
- 4 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 4 tablespoons almond butter
- 2 teaspoons miso
- 2 tablespoons flax seed oil
- 24 fluid ounces water
Recipe
- 1 roughly chop the mushrooms and pepper.
- 2 put everything in the blender and blend to a smooth puree.
