Roasted Chicken And Vegetables

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • 1/4 cup oil (olive or vegetable)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 chicken breast halves (2 lbs, bone-in)
  • 1 lb potato, cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 carrots, sliced

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 450f degrees.
  • 2 add all ingredients to a large bowl, and toss until coated.
  • 3 arrange chicken (meat side up) and vegetables in a 13x9 roasting pan.
  • 4 bake uncovered 45 minutes or until chicken and veggies are done (baste once or twice).
