Ingredients

- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1/4 cup oil (olive or vegetable)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 chicken breast halves (2 lbs, bone-in)
- 1 lb potato, cut into bite size pieces
- 2 carrots, sliced
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 450f degrees.
- 2 add all ingredients to a large bowl, and toss until coated.
- 3 arrange chicken (meat side up) and vegetables in a 13x9 roasting pan.
- 4 bake uncovered 45 minutes or until chicken and veggies are done (baste once or twice).
