Easy Corn Chowder

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 4 large potatoes, cubed
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 (11 ounce) cans creamed corn
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans corn kernels, drained
  • 2 (12 ounce) cans evaporated milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 cover potatoes, celery and onion with water and bring to a boil.
  • 2 simmer for 20 minutes or until tender.
  • 3 without draining any water, add all remaining ingredients and simmer for another 20 minutes.
