Kielbasa And Potato Bake

Total Time: 1 hr 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup or 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup, i use the cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic (my family doesn't care for the garlic and i don't use it.)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 lb kielbasa, sliced thin
  • 6 -8 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • 2 in a large mixing bowl, mix together soup, onion, milk, garlic, salt and pepper.
  • 3 stir, in potatoes and kielbasa.
  • 4 spoon into a 7x11 inch casserole dish.
  • 5 (if the potatoes are extra large, i use a 9x11 in casserole dish.) place casserole on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 90 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
