Kielbasa And Potato Bake

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup or 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup, i use the cheddar cheese soup
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic (my family doesn't care for the garlic and i don't use it.)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 lb kielbasa, sliced thin
- 6 -8 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2 in a large mixing bowl, mix together soup, onion, milk, garlic, salt and pepper.
- 3 stir, in potatoes and kielbasa.
- 4 spoon into a 7x11 inch casserole dish.
- 5 (if the potatoes are extra large, i use a 9x11 in casserole dish.) place casserole on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 90 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
