Grandma Huber's Knepfla Soup

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 3 cups flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- water
- 1 cup cream
- 4 stalks celery
- 4 potatoes
- 1 onion
Recipe
- 1 mix flour, eggs, salt, and enough water to make a stiff dough.
- 2 knead.
- 3 boil a few quarts of water in soup pot.
- 4 cut dough into bits with a scissors and drop into boiling water.
- 5 boil a few minutes till cooked.
- 6 add cream.
- 7 add salt and pepper to taste, sliced celery, cubed potatoes, onion, and boil until tender.
- 8 we like to add a bit of vinegar when eating!
