Green Chili Enchiladas

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 cup pace picante sauce
- 1 1/2 cups light sour cream
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounces diced green chilies
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 medium tortillas
Recipe
- 1 brown turkey and onion together in medium pan. when done, add picante sauce, stir.
- 2 mix together sour cream, milk, soup, and chilis.
- 3 lightly oil 9x13 pan. cover bottom with some of sauce. fill 8 tortillas with meat mixture and 1/2 of cheese. lay side by side in pan and cover with remaining sauce. top with remaining cheese. cover with foil.
- 4 bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
