Green Chili Enchiladas

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup pace picante sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups light sour cream
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 8 ounces diced green chilies
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 medium tortillas

Recipe

  • 1 brown turkey and onion together in medium pan. when done, add picante sauce, stir.
  • 2 mix together sour cream, milk, soup, and chilis.
  • 3 lightly oil 9x13 pan. cover bottom with some of sauce. fill 8 tortillas with meat mixture and 1/2 of cheese. lay side by side in pan and cover with remaining sauce. top with remaining cheese. cover with foil.
  • 4 bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
