Mock Vichyssoise

Total Time: 3 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed cream of potato soup
  • 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth, i use college inn
  • 16 ounces sour cream, i use light
  • 2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
  • chopped chives, to garnish

Recipe

  • 1 pour soups, sour cream and onion into blender.
  • 2 pureee until very smooth.
  • 3 chill for several hours.
  • 4 garnish with choppped chives.
