Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed cream of potato soup
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth, i use college inn
- 16 ounces sour cream, i use light
- 2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
- chopped chives, to garnish
Recipe
- 1 pour soups, sour cream and onion into blender.
- 2 pureee until very smooth.
- 3 chill for several hours.
- 4 garnish with choppped chives.
