No-peek Tender Tips

Ingredients

• 2 -2 1/2 lbs raw stew meat
• 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
• 1 (4 ounce) can mixed mushrooms, drained
• 1 (8 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix (not sure on package ounce size, normal package though)
• 1 (12 ounce) can carbonated lemon-lime beverage

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees. spray a 13x9-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
• 2 place a layer of meat in bottom of prepared pan. add the mushroom soup, followed by the mushrooms. sprinkle with dry soup mix and pour soda over the top.
• 3 cover with foil and bake 3 hours. remember, no peeking! =).
• 4 serve over mashed potatoes or noodles.
