Noodles

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • flour
  • 1 pinch baking powder

Recipe

  • 1 beat together eggs and salt. mix stiff with flour and baking powder.
  • 2 roll out to desired thickness. cut into strips. add to soup and boil until desired tenderness.
