Quick And Easy Vegan Tomato Soup

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (14 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 2 cups non-dairy milk (or more to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose seasoning (like spike)
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 pour tomato sauce into one or more microwaveable bowls or a saucepan. slowly stir in non-dairy milk until desired color and consistency are achieved. add seasonings to taste.
  • 2 microwave about 2 minutes (or until hot) or heat on stove.
  • 3 serve with vegan grilled cheese or your favorite sandwich or salad.
