Quick And Easy Mushroom & Onion Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans condensed french onion soup
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce, to taste
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup sliced button mushroom
Recipe
- 1 heat a large skillet on medium heat. melt butter and add mushrooms. cook until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
- 2 add ketchup, soup, pepper, mustard, worcestershire sauce and whisk to combine.
- 3 add corn starch to water and stir to combine. bring sauce to a boil and whisk in your water and corn starch mixture until desired thickness.
- 4 remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes.
