Quick And Easy Mushroom & Onion Sauce

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans condensed french onion soup
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup sliced button mushroom

Recipe

  • 1 heat a large skillet on medium heat. melt butter and add mushrooms. cook until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
  • 2 add ketchup, soup, pepper, mustard, worcestershire sauce and whisk to combine.
  • 3 add corn starch to water and stir to combine. bring sauce to a boil and whisk in your water and corn starch mixture until desired thickness.
  • 4 remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes.
