Marion's Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 loaf cob bread
  • 250 g frozen spinach
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 very small onion, chopped finely
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (55 g) packet continental brand spring vegetable soup mix

Recipe

  • 1 cut the top off the cob loaf and hollow out.
  • 2 mix together the rest of the ingredients.
  • 3 serve in hollowed out cob loaf.
  • 4 use the inside of the cob loaf for dipping.
