- 1 loaf cob bread
- 250 g frozen spinach
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 very small onion, chopped finely
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (55 g) packet continental brand spring vegetable soup mix
Recipe
- 1 cut the top off the cob loaf and hollow out.
- 2 mix together the rest of the ingredients.
- 3 serve in hollowed out cob loaf.
- 4 use the inside of the cob loaf for dipping.
