- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup shortening
- 1 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 combine all dry ingredient together.
- 2 cut in shortening.
- 3 add milk and mix.
- 4 drop by spoonfuls into simmering soup or stew.
- 5 cook 10 minutes uncovered, and 10 minutes covered.
- 6 do not take the lid off until the 10 minutes are up.
